Once an area sacred to the former Kaiser's High Executioner and Cleaner - Kaiser Vesperes VanHasselt maintains this garden entirely in her memory. Any are welcome to enjoy it as they see fit, but any that disturb the tranquility of this sacred space or disrespect it in any way, shape or form are very much subject to punishment
