Across the street from the front entrance to Sunnyview Apartments is a small park - and though it's nothing fancy it does contain a fenced in plot area called Elysian Gardens. This plot area is owned by those that own Sunnyview Apartments, and provides residents of that building with a chance to be able to grow their own vegetables or flowers - if they're the type to want to dig in the dirt. Each plot is a raised garden bed of enough size to be able to plant several things in at once and are rented out at a relatively inexpensive yearly rate.
