  To those with psychic abilities, such as mind reading, divination (ie knowing/telling the future), remote location, or those that with the power to alter, influence, or manipulate the 'threads of fate' Xavier appears to be a complete enigma. Their perceptions of him can be described as a shadow, or darkness that their powers cannot penetrate. Only the most gifted in these areas of vampiric heritage that are ancients or at least Kaiser in rank can penetrate his mind, and then likely will require physical force and/or eye contact to break through his defenses. This power is in constant effect and cannot be controlled by Xavier.

• Standard Dhampire weaknesses
• Delusions of grandeur: 
  Xavier knows where he stands ability wise; however, he believe himself to be a man of destiny. For lack of a better term, he sees himself as the one who will bring about a new world order, and finds justification in any action so long as it brings about his brand of justice and rights the wrongs he perceives to exist within the world in regards both to himself and to his race. 
• Madness:
  There is a great deal going on in his head, so much so that the thoughts conflict and argue with one another. There are times that he must admit that he can hear voices, compelling his course of action, and spurring his darker endeavors. At times he can feel the strain and his personality suffers. Though he has always managed to contain it in front of others thus far, there are times his inner rage burns with a fury he cannot temper. He has will feel provoked into violence where any stable person would see no cause, and takes it out on who ever or whatever he can without jeopardizing 'the big picture', even going so far as to inflict serious damage onto his own person. Make no mistake though, this is no depressed, reaching out child cutting himself; in such times, Xavier relishes the pain he inflicts and that such hurt is caused by his power. He delights in it, even when it is his own body that suffers for it, a matter that is inconsequential.

• Persuasion:
  
  Xavier has a knack for presenting himself to others contrary to what he is, persuading them, not only in taking up his cause, but in believing that he is what he appears to be, or rather what he chooses to present to them. He can twist words and events to convince others to see what he wants them to see, and often does so to reach his goals. Of course there are those that may see through his ruse, but often even they are left only with the sense that something is off with him, rather than having a concrete way of identifying just what he is up to.

  Xavier isn't above using his dhampire abilities related to strength and speed, as well as his personality, duplicity, and those that he has convinced to follow him to 'make things happen'. When on a task to 'take care' of a human there is of course little danger, lycans are a bit more of a challenge but few are anything he can't figure out a way to get rid of. As for vampires... well... cruel human politics and the sun are both powerful allies indeed.

  In all things he desires he has a definite plan. Xavier wisely remains open to change and opportunities that present themselves as well as signs that his course may need a slight correction, but even yet his choices in bringing about the realization of his goals tend to stand against hardship, opposition, and even those factors that the dhampire didn't foresee.

Personality

Cold, Detached, Focused, Duplicitous, Elitist, Self Loathing, Resentful


Xavier can be many things, any thing really, to those who haven't the many years, patience, and personal experience to see the warning signs of what he truly is. Subservient to his masters, loyal, humble and yearning of approval he can be. Gentle, caring, and invested are good faces for use with those he would call to his cause. In truth, there are things that the dhampire does care about, but it is likely what good intentions he might have, and the validity his cause should gain by a proper take on his 'better future' will never see the light of day, being choked out by malice and some unspoken belief that all that he does is above reproach. There was once hurt in him, and perhaps it still lives beneath the layers of amassed hatred, of himself for the sting and secretly believed state of being inferior and undeserving of existence as well as his hatred of those that represent the oppression of his 'people'. Xavier is cold, detached such that the suffering of others does not phase him, if there is an exception to this, Xaiver himself is not aware. He would say he craves power and to bring order, and yes he believes it; in truth it is far more likely that what he craves is vengeance and destruction.

The Voices 

• Leo - The companion
  
  
  • Gender: Neutral, though leaning towards male 
  • Age: 5
  • Disposition: 
    
    Leo is gentle and was once inquisitive and supportive as well.  Initially he served as a companion to Xavier, someone who actually spoke to him, rather than raged at him and came up with ways to hurt him.  While he could never find words of praise or ways to affirm Xavier's worth, he often assured him that things would be alright, and for a time even served as some sort of reminder that surely Xavier's mother would not kill him, and that he must mean something to her because of that fact.  His role, however has changed drastically over Xavier's lifetime. Once a voice he heard often throughout the day, he has become mostly silent among the others. Similarly, assurances of his value to his mother became a moot point when Xavier was given away to his first owners.  His level of support has also diminished, not in feeling it would seem, but rather in practice, as this voice seems to give way to the others now.   The others, for their part, don't tend to acknowledge his existence, even Tarra doesn't seem to bother with him.  Xavier, for his part, has come to feel that Leo is no longer of particular use to him, as he has long since resigned himself to being without the warmer emotions and a desire to become attached or invested in others on an emotional level.  Still, he is fond of the voice in some distant way, and if he could allow himself to admit such a thing, he would say he sometimes misses the constant presence of him in his life. 
    
    
  • History:
    
    Though he isn't often credited with being so, he is the first voice that came to Xavier.  Perhaps he is not typically acknowledged as such, because from Xavier's perspective, he has always been there. His initial role as friend and confidant to the Xavier started off ill defined, likely due to the fact that, initially Xavier's mental capacity to formulate even simpler forms complex relationships was not yet developed (due to his age).  However, he had always offered the other supportive sentiments, and gave Xavier a means to vent his despair and fear surrounding his existence, especially at night, when his mother was awake.  It was through Leo's inquisitive, sometimes eager, comments about the world around them that Xavier managed to get over his initial terror of sudden exposure to the outside world when his mother got rid of him (the outside world pretty much being anything outside of the quarters his mother had had, and had kept him locked away in).   As Xavier grew older, however,  Leo has became more and more silent; his voice less animated and softer.  At present, Xavier has found himself wondering if it was possible for one of the voices to simply 'cease to exist'; as, when he allows himself to think on the matter, he wonders if Leo might not be fading into 'nonexistence'. 

• Lily- The Sweetheart

• Age: 5
• Disposition:
  
  Lily tends to be a happy girl.  She is full of good will and seems to want the best for the people in Xavier's life, as well as for Xavier himself.  She is oddly optimistic about life, and often offers Xavier suggestions on what others might like, or that someone might become their friend.  While she often will augment something another voice has said, she rarely actually addresses any of the others, and they, in turn, rarely communicate directly with her. Xavier himself is mostly indifferent in regards to her. She is rarely intrusive enough to be annoying, but at the same time, her disposition tends to make her input useless. 
  
  
• History: 
  
  Lily 'appeared' about midway in Xavier's life.  What could have possibly brought her into existence is beyond the Dhampire.  At that point in his life, there was very little to be hopeful or optimistic about.  He had recently been sold to a Clanmaster in District 4 as a gift for one of his Elite.  His new owner had been far from kind or caring, and like many had taken great pleasure in inflicting pain and humiliation on the adolescent of an inferior race.  So, suddenly hearing the sweet voice talking about how his new master must be so happy to have a new baby was more than a little surprising.
  
  
  

[li]Lucien - The evil one?

• Gender: Male
• Age: Unknown, possibly 25-30 
• Disposition: 
  
  Lucien is one of the darker voices, and one of the few that tends to speak of Xavier in the same way he speaks of those around Xavier.  His suggestions, or thoughts always reflect a cold, calm sort of cruelty, and he is often given to offer vague sentiments of the helpless of others, especially in ways that can lead Xavier to wonder precisely who it is he is speaking of.  His motives aren't entirely clear, but in his detached way, he seems to concern himself more with the injustices of the circumstances Dhampires suffer under, but seeing as he doesn't seem to care about Xavier... or anyone, it is likely only used as means to encourage certain behaviors or thoughts from Xavier himself.  He never addresses the other voices directly, in fact, other than offering his own chilling input to offer his own thought on the 'conversation' at large, he doesn't appear to acknowledge the presence of the others, with the exception of Virgil. Similarly, other than Virgil, no of the others ever seem to dare to address him, or even to comment on something he has said. They do seem to feel his 'presence' however, or so Xavier suspects, as he professes to 'feeling' something is different with whichever others might have been talking prior to Lucien chiming in.  Xavier himself often finds himself more than just a little unnerved whenever this voice chooses to speak, regardless of what he has to say.  
   
• History:
  
  Though Xavier didn't fully become aware of Lucien until he was nearing his late teens, looking back, he would say that the eerie voice has been around since the first time he was 'touched' by an owner.  Initially it was only a word or a thought here and there, and the voice frightened the then young Xaiver.  In truth, this voice often does make Xavier uneasy, sometimes to the point he shivers in response to it's almost wraith like rasping.  

[/li][li]Nathaniel - The Diva

• Gender: Male
• Age: 18
• Disposition: 
  
  The best words to describe Nathaniel are effeminate and spiteful.  He often responds to the attention others outside of Xavier are receiving with jealousy and intolerance.  Often giving the impression of being too good for everyone else, he doesn't tend to address the others, or even respond to anything they have to say in regards to himself, and is typically only ever addressed by Terra (though Virgil maintains the ability to address any one of them when it suits him), usually to be cut down or criticized.  Xavier hates this voice, he hates everything the other has to say, and even the sound of the voice itself. In truth, he Nathaniel were a physical person, Xavier would be sorely tempted to punch him in the face, just because of his irritatingly intentional 'stereotypical gay' voice, not to mention the completely worthless sentiment he has to offer.   
  
  
• History
  
  The latest voice to emerge, Nathaniel made his presence known not long after Hephetares  (the Clanmistress prior to Gunnar Helgison)  began to show him obvious favor.   He'd actually nearly shocked Xavier into stopping right in the middle of one of the Clanmistress' favored activities for him.  Since then he has mostly kept to himself, at least until he has a chance to be bitchy.

Raj - The Sociopath

• Gender: Male
• Age: Unknown (Adult, not elderly)
• Disposition:
  
  Raj's thoughts, much like his speech patterns, are often communicated in broken or unusual ways.  He desires for those around Xavier to experience pain, craftily inflicted, slow and methodical.  His desires towards Xavier himself are fairly neutral; however he does not view Xavier himself in  an neutral light.  Xavier is the one that is able to give him what he wants, and he is often pleased to ask or observe such possibilities for the other to consider.  Xavier, for his part, has not failed to notice Raj' demented ways, especially in his desire for Xavier to acquire 'trophies' for him,  but Xavier doesn't find himself to be fearful of this voice, as he is fearful of Lucien.  Raj isn't particularly useful to Xavier, but he isn't a hindrance either; he simply is, and at the very least doesn't tend to disrupt Xavier's ability to maintain his outward composure.  Raj rarely speaks to the others, unless someone initiates an argument with him over his desire for a 'present' from Xavier. 
  
  
• History: 
  
  Raj began to make himself known to Xavier when he was nearing his early teens.  In truth, the origin of Raj is fairly clear to Xavier.  At that point in his life, he was both of an age, and under the ownership of a vampire in a clan that was structured in such a way that Xavier found he had the opportunity to physically take advantage of other, younger slaves.  His options were limited of course, and honestly Xavier had very little desire to interact with any of them, certainly he had been put off by sexual matters enough that he had no desire to use sex in any matter, not even one to exert power over another.  With Raj's appearance, Xavier was excused from considering other possibilities in regards to what he could do to those who were weaker than he himself was.  Because of this, other than humoring the possibility of suggestions Raj makes (always for a strategical reason of course ), Xavier has not had to examine any emotion or possible emotion that might arise from him causing intentional, methodical pain and suffering. 

[/li][li]Samuel- The fearful one

• Age: 7
• Disposition: 
  
  The world is a terrifying place for Samuel.  No one can be trusted, obviously, as they could and likely do mean to hurt 'them'.  He is obsessively observant of the world around Xavier, and those that are in it, easily seeing all the likely ways that any person could be out to get 'them'.  Because of this, he can have some useful insight; however, this is often overshadowed by the overwhelming, and often paralyzing paranoia this voice seems to suffer from.  Xavier, for his part, doesn't dislike Samuel per say, but he can often become frustrated with him, when his neurotic tenancies hinder more than help.  Samuel, for his part, address Xavier himself often, trying to warn him of danger and possible sources of that danger.  Though he rarely responds to the others directly,  Lily and Tarra have often responded directly to him.  The former offering encouragement, while the latter enjoys further provoking his fears and mocking him. 
  
  
• History: 
  
  Samuel is the voice that has been with Xavier the third longest.  He emerged not long after Tara, as Xavier started to come to understand the intentions of his first owners towards himself, and as the stress of learning to cope with Tara's presence began to really weigh on him.  Initially things that Samuel said really got to Xavier, and caused him to be that much more uncertain of his environment.  However, as time has passed, he has learned to simply accept this voice's presence, occasionally gleaning some use from him, but not really paying him all that much mind. 

[/li][li]Tarra- The Bitch

• Gender: Female
• Age:  Unknown (Adult, not elderly)
• Disposition: 
  
  Tarra is a bitch, not really much else to say about her.  She delights in emasculating and insulting Xavier whenever the opportunity presents itself.  She is especially fond of mocking his sexuality, and sense of self worth, and encouraging him to simply accept 'how he is'.  Though she clearly means for such acceptance to be the sort or resigned despair, rather than coping with reality.  She highly favors those in his environment that are likely to use him, especially if she perceives a serious intention and/or ability harm him.  Tarra often berates the others (with the exception of Lucian and Virgil), especially the younger ones, but not to the same level as Xavier himself.   They, for the most part, tend to try to avoid her sharp, and often crude tongue; though, Todd has been known to chime in with his calm, offhandedly smug disapproval of her lack of appreciating the timing of her 'attacks' on Xavier.   Victor is another voice that sometimes confronts her, though usually he is just displeased with her interference in 'their' pursuit of all that they are entitled to. Xavier himself fluctuates in his response to her.  Sometimes he is merely exasperated with her constant tearing down of his self worth, but other times she can really get to him.  Her presence is almost always a factor in instances were Virgil has to take charge of the situation. 
  
  
• History: 
  
  Tarra is the voice that has been with Xavier the second longest.  Her presence was more felt than heard initially, and Xavier really can't be sure when he first started to 'feel' her; his memory simply does not span that far back.  However, he is vaguely aware that she began to speak to him the day his mother had given him away to his first owner.  She has been a constant presence, and her criticism has grown crueler as he has grown, and has recently settled into a pattern of being particularly fond of mocking him in regards to dominant men in his environment, especially those that are particularly large, and therefore better equipped to be forceful with him, or particularly small, as she finds the idea of a smaller and/or physically weaker individual subduing him particularly damaging to his own masculinity. 

[/li][li]Todd - The Tactician 

• Gender: Male
• Age: 23ish
• Disposition: 
  
  Todd thinks of himself as particularly clever and superior to the others.  In truth, that isn't entirely inaccurate. He is often present and active in analyzing situations and the people in Xavier's environment, and typically encourages Xavier to actively listen and participate in the analysis.  Whether Todd actually cares about Xavier or his cause are unclear, as he often offers his advice on matters, but does so in an offhanded, somewhat arrogant way that is just casual enough one can't quite take exception to it.  Todd often comments on the input of the others (though not usually Lucien), and is one of the two (besides Virgil) who will confront Tarra.  Xavier, for his part, usually finds himself valuing Todd's input, and favors him as one of the more useful voices. 
  
  
• History:
  
  Todd and Victor began speaking to him about the same time.  As he was getting closer to reaching his late teens, Xavier found himself more articulate in his dissatisfaction with his life, and started forming a sense of injustice at how it was forced upon him.  Xavier found himself actively hating the world around him and those in it, rather than just himself, his weaknesses and his failures.  It was about than that Xavier began to really understand his own craftiness, and ability to formulate complex plans and strategies, and Todd emerged, apparently with designs to help him refine  such talents... If one can ascribe purpose to the voices.  

[/li][li]Victor - The indignant one

• Gender: Male
• Age: 23
• Disposition: 
  
  Victor has a definite sense of entitlement (sometimes justified).  He believes, completely and without question, that 'their' goals, and 'their' desires are correct, and that anyone who opposes them need to be dealt with severely.  He is the most ambitious of the voices, in that he is the one that is most insistent upon what 'they' deserve, and that 'they' should act to make claim what is rightfully theirs.  Victor has often pipped in to help Xavier when he is rallying his followers, or when he needs motivation to continue on with 'their' plans.  Victor is prone to commenting on what the others have to say, especially Todd, who unlike the other voices, tends to meet his approval.  He is also the other voice along with Todd (not including Virgil) who will actively confront Terra, though usually it is in regards to his indignation that she gets in the way and jeopardizes the execution of 'their' plans.  Despite the fact that Xavier often finds his sentiments a little too zealous, he does, in fact, acknowledge that like Todd, Victor is one of the 'useful' voices, often motivating him to act, or reminding him of why he is putting forth the effort in his various endeavours. 
  
  
• History: 
  
  Like Todd, he 'came into being' as Xavier approached his late teens, and in fact, began to speak to him in the same time frame as the other voice.  He came at a time when Xavier needed to have some sense of value in himself, and while Victor has never indicated value in Xavier, he would quickly assert what 'they' deserved, and that being a Dhampire should not exclude Xavier from what 'they' deserved.  It was at this time that Xavier started to entertain notions that he might be able to do something about the circumstances of his life, and more importantly, that he might be able to incite others to do his bidding. 

[/li][li]Virgil - the gatekeeper 

• Gender: Male
• Age: Unknown (Adult, not elderly)
• Disposition:
  
  Virgil is mostly silent, in fact he hardly ever speaks as he feels very little need to make his presence or his thoughts known.  He is organized, logical, and mostly emotionless, and while all this is reflected in his tones, he is also a definite voice of authority.  He doesn't address Xavier directly, but rather is the voice that exclusively concerns himself with addressing the others, calling them to order when their chatter threatens to overwhelm Xavier too greatly, especially in cases where there are others in 'their' immediate vicinity.  He has also been known to put an end to Tarra's antics, or Lucien's musings when what they specifically have to say becomes 'too much' for Xavier.  Still, he is not very quick to jump in, not about to coddle Xavier, he acts more as a fail safe than an actual guardian might.  The others never go against Virgil when he decides to speak up; even Lucien, who tends to intimidate the others simply by existing, backs down to him, and because of this he is easily Xavier's favorite among the voices. 
  
  
• History: 
  
  Virgil has likely been around longer than Xavier has really known.  He was the third voice to begin presenting himself to Xavier, an event that came about in his early childhood.  Hardly a year after Samuel 'came into being', while Xavier was still heavily identifying with the young, fearful voice,  Tarra had been tearing into the pair of them.  At this time, what she was saying, though mostly directed at Samuel, had become overwhelmingly upsetting for the not even 7 years old Xavier.  Coupled with the fact that she had chosen to instigate this while Xavier was being subjected to a 'lesson' at the hands of his owners, it was simply much to hazardous of a situation.  Virgil stepped in for the first time, and has sense been monitoring the on goings within Xavier's head, ready to take the others to task when needed, for the good of 'them all'.

Dhampire Resistance Movement

Basics: 

• Position: Leader
  
  In front of his followers, Xavier portrays himself as confident, speaking with an enthusiasm and charisma that is at odds with his typical way of being.  In order to protect himself, and those highest in the organization, there is a carefully maintained anonymity during meetings, and initiation of new members.  No one, except those closest to Xavier (currently only his second in command to be) know who he really is, but there are ways that are used to assure his followers that he is not an impostor.  They would not recognize him, as his face is always obscured by a mask (and the affect of his tones are likely enough to throw any off that might otherwise recognize his voice.
    
• Perceived Position:  Messenger or Non-member
  
  Sometimes, when Xavier wishes to tend to a matter himself, he will approach his followers, or those that may become his followers as a simple messenger.  In this way he doesn't draw undue attention to himself.  However, he only reveals himself (even in this lowest of positions) when it is necessary.  Most of his followers that see him in his day to day life are unaware that he has anything to do with the cause. 
  
  
• Goals:- over time
  
  
  •  Increase hostilities between vampires and humans by damaging trust between the two species.  This can most easily be achieved by manipulating the humans into trying to force harsher restriction on their vampiric counterparts.  On the reverse side, bringing to light the dangers (regardless of truth) of the existence of vampires, and staging the appearance of law breaking and other undesirable behavior to seem to have been caused by vampires may help manipulate human perspective.  (Goal meant to achieve higher goal)
    
    
  • Prepare to move a fair number of the Dhampire population, in cases where retribution from one race (human or vampire ) towards the other maybe directed towards the half-breeds. 
    
    
  • Solidify connections and communications between Dhampire in various districts.  Be aware of which Dhampire are for the cause, likely to follow the cause if lead, and likely to oppose the cause and prepare to deal with each category accordingly
    
    
  • Identify the portion of the Dhampire population that is capable of reproduction. 
    
    
  • Weaken alliances that occur among vampires, focus should be on the those between various groups, such as alliances of clans to each other and the Kaiser clan, those between the districts, and those between vampires of this nation and others.  This will need to be adaptive depending on the vampiric leaders involved. 
    
    
  • Manipulate humans into beginning the eradication process.  As hostilities increase this will become easier to manage, in addition, by weakening the connections among the vampiric groups, this will make the race more vulnerable to the efforts put forth by the humans.  This should be developed slowly, preferably after the humans are in position of better means by which to kill vampires.  
    
    
  • Claim the 'new world'. 
    
    
  • Eradicate or drive off all vampires that are either turned, and/or old enough to be considered matured (ie 100 years of age or older).  After gauging the population remnants after efforts put forth by humans specifics can be better determined.  Preferences are that all vampires over the age of 16 be eradicated, and those younger be selectively spared for breeding purposes.  Spared vampires should be carefully kept, measures should be taken to methodically subject them to factors to encourage them to exist in a weakened state.  No vampire shall be allowed to age beyond his/her 18th year (male),  23rd year (female).  Vampires will serve as slaves, but within the 7-15 age group.
    
    
  • Eradicate or drive off all humans over the age of 16.  Evaluate humans 16 and under for use as breeding stock and spare those that are likely to be useful.  No human shall be allowed to live beyond his/her 23rd year.  All humans will be used as slaves. 
    
    
  • Enslave any Dhampire that is not a 'true' Dhampire (mentioned in beliefs)
    
    
  • Through the Dhampire population that is fertile, and the human/vampire populations that are kept  establish a Dhampire population base that is sustainable over time.  Once Dhampire numbers are great enough that the population can provide adequate numbers of Dhampire offspring consider the extermination of all remaining vampires .

  • Dhampire are the superior race: 
    
    Humans and vampires have lived out their time on earth, and are now meant to give way to the hybrid race. 
    
    
  • Humans are meant to serve Dhampire as slaves: 
    
    As the weakest race, their role seems fairly clear.  Humans are useful for only two things, their ability to procreate with vampires and increase the Dhampire population, and the performance of menial tasks. 
    
    
  • Lycan are beneath Dhampire concern: 
    
    The Lycan hold no loyalty to the other races; they are lesser, but have not threatened the status of the Dhampire race, and are unlikely to find cause to.  There is little reason to be concerned as strict control of human reproduction will severely limit this race's ability to pose a problem in the future. 
    
    
  • Vampires have outlive their time on earth. 
    
    Vampire are only useful for their ability to procreate with humans.  This would not still be necessary if Dhampire had been allowed to thrive as they were meant too, as such the only correct course is to set these matters right, first by stabilizing the Dhsmpire population, and then by ridding the earth of this archaic race. 
    
    
  • All 'true' Dhampire have a right to be free from slavery and persecution. 
    
    Any Dhampire that embraces the cause, or at the very least will come to follow the cause once their rightful leaders step in to guide them are 'true' Dhampire.  Those that hold loyalty towards, or concern over any of the lesser races (beyond what has been forced upon them by slavery or that will continue after liberation) are not proper Dhampire and should be considered the enemy. 
    
    
  • Dhampire that are not a 'true' Dhampire must be controlled. 
    
    Any Dhampire that is not a 'true' Dhampire should be under the ownership of 'true' Dhampire.  Those that are capable of reproduction must not be put down unless it is absolutely necessary; they should not, however, be allowed any contact or rights in regards to offspring they produce.  Those that are incapable of reproduction should be subject to the whims of their owners, though their death and/or abuse is discouraged.

[Xavier Corinthos]

History

An accident, the consequence of ill planned spite, and the spill of seed from all too eager cattle. The stage was set for the abomination, a cross between man and vampire when some errant child wished to rebel in secret and spite the clan master that commanded her, and the father that loved her. So it was that his mother took into her bed a human of the lowest standing, and in her foolishness conceived a child. No warmth or affection was spared for this unwanted thing, though there was always plenty to pass between them. Could his ears hear even in the womb the extent of her disgust with him? Why then one might ask was he simply not destroyed upon his birth one might wonder? Ah but this was the same idiot woman who saw fit to bed cattle, and hadn't the nerve to reveal her 'rebellion' to her clan master, not even before she knew what had come of it.

Xavier 'grew' knowing what all it was to be a dhampire, to be half but not even worth so much. His father, whoever exactly the wretch had been at least was human, at least was natural. Perhaps he should have wished such sentiments spared him, but they at least were the ones he understood, they were the predictable, safe forms of hatred. It was the threats, physical and verbal, promises to prize his head from his shoulders while feeling the bite of her nails or fangs at his neck, or the sentiments to prevent him from furthering her shame. To this day he still hated himself for the fear, the way he cried and flinched when a blade toyed near his most sensitive areas with threats of castration, or for giving her the satisfaction of his whimpers when she tore through enough flesh to make him believe she would kill him. Tough nothing could make him hate himself more than the fact that what frightened him most, what would have brought tears to his eyes if he knew he wouldn't be threatened with fire or have his fangs pulled and blood denied, was when she spoke of leaving him. Such loathsome weakness would not be visited upon him indefinitely however, as at the age of seven he was 'sold'. Well... if one counted when the price as silence about his origin.

He never knew what clan he had come from, not even the district, only that if he had ever been sold back to the place of his origin he didn't know of it. Why? A question that often seemed paired with his existence. Why had he been permitted life beyond being dumped unceremoniously out of his mother's womb? Why was he bought time and time again? His masters and mistresses always made it clear why he had been sold, that was easy to answer, he was boring, he wasn't pretty enough, wasn't strong enough, too clumsy, worthless, undesirable, couldn't 'preform' long enough or with enough vigor... and sometimes simply because he was a dhampire, an affront to nature, an insult to the moon goddess... trash to be discarded. Why he was bought however that was an interesting question.

'You are meant for great things', 'Their goddess denies you, the human gods despise you, perhaps it is for you to make your own god', 'they will not allow you into their world, then you must take it from them. If they don't like it make them burn, show them the superiority of the children the moon goddess tosses aside. Make them sing and writhe and scream as the sun shows them just how wrong they are. Let them and the humans see that their races are obsolete, they are old, archaic, festering wounds that only new blood can properly eradicate, and they must be eradicated till only those you need are left groveling for the mercy the can only hope to borrow'

The voices were all that told him of what was beyond how to clean this, or what sounds to make when this or that was done to him; they became his allies, his confidants and his mentors. Each had it's own tone and personality, and every one had a name, though he forgot sometime in his pubescent years if they had given themselves names or if he had chosen them for himself. Sometimes of "friends" were cruel, and some of them whispered all the wonderful things he would do and how fun it would be to make those that had dared to make him less than he was suffer, but always, always they spoke of goals, purpose, and concerned themselves with him, his actions, and his desires. No truer friends could their be, decided Xavier, such that he pitied those around him that weren't what he was, and didn't have such allies, ones that could not be turned against him, that could not be tortured or bribed into revealing his secrets. Ones that honored him such that even the cruelest of the voices never insulted him because he was a dhampire, even the ones that offered insults and degradation that even would have made most of his masters shy, they only ever insulted things he could change, things within his control if he had the balls to seize them, and never, never what he was born as.

Xavier spent time in many clans, under countless masters and mistresses the names of which faded into obscurity. Some got rid of him under false pretense, carting him off with a shipment of cattle, of -human - cattle, but that was of no consequence. By the time he was sixteen he had arrived in district three ...

Clan Mistress Hetepheres was perhaps the only owner that saw him for what he was, or at least seemed to understand that he was 'different'. Oh there would be no endearment to that crazy bitch, but she had her moments. Never before would he feel that their was something a clan leader offered that almost made the insufferable conditions they forced upon him worth while. The games she played were hardly distressing, he was used to being used, and never for a moment trusted her bouts of kindness to last. Sex was hardly something he even thought important, it was like any other form of labor, pleasant though it might feel, so pleasuring her, or those she liked to watch him pleasure. What made it worth while was when some 'pure' vampire was caught troubling him. Hetephere, it seemed, had no true love for these vampires and would punish them in the most pleasing of ways. At first he pretended to be uneasy, not trusting her reaction to seeing the truth of his pleasure, but later Xavier had to admit, he was certain she had always known. Still there was no attachment, Xavier was no fool, she enjoyed him because he was 'pretty' as she said, and perhaps she found pleasure in their physical engagements; she used him, just as he would use her, provoking some of the vampires under her rule to ensure there would be punishments to delve out.

The arrival of this Helgison character was most disconcerting, disconcerting as now he didn't know the best way to go about his business. He would have to slip back into a more rigid caution, but there is one thing he did give the 'murderer' of his former clan mistress, he had granted him the enjoyment of seeing what the death of a clan leader could do the vampires in her care. He would have to tray to get the privilege of enjoying such a spectral once more... However, fun aside, the dhampire would not forget that he had far more riding on his future actions then personal enjoyment.

With the treaty weighing heavily on vampiric pride, and humans of political standing on the fence, the time of opportunity seems at hand. There are many that wish to see to the destruction or at least the controlling of vampires, and the sting of the treaty has some vampires wanting the same for the humans. Knowing the power of descent, Xavier is turning his attentions to those in the position to do the most damage. Recently he has heard of one human liaison, Aaron William. Perhaps this Williams can be made to see the ways of things, or rather of those things that Xavier think are best for his "pure" human feeble mind to comprehend. If the man doesn't already believe it, all it would take was convincing him that the vampires need a shorter leash and a tighter muzzle, and then through servitude and professions of wishing to help secure the safety and freedom of the humans he would maneuver the human right where he needed them. Playing both sides of the fence while furthering his true agenda is so easy, each side looking down on the other to such an extend it took little more than a few words for them to believe that the inferior slight against nature would do anything to be allowed to play at being one of them, even in the most humiliating of roles... it would serve him well, until the day came when both races would be taught better.

On Site Relations

Dominic "Crucix" Antonopoulos

• A  bouncer at Synful, and his coworker.  Xavier is well aware of what the other Dhampire does for his Clanmistress, and while he doesn't approve of the other's obvious loyalty to the vampiric society and the role it ascribes to their kind; he sees the other as a Dhampire that may one day be useful to him.  His impression of those like Dominic is that they are obedient because they know no other way to be; such Dhampire, require a master.  No doubt the other would put his life on the line for his Clanmistress, perhaps even their shared boss, but once those two are 'dealt with', there is a good possibility if Dominic is still standing, he may be claimed by Xavier, and used for the cause.  In the mean time though, he mostly lets the other be, treating him as one would expect a server to treat a bouncer.  Certainly he will not betray his designs on having the other's charismatic ways, strength, ability to fight, and connection with those of similar standing, not so long as the other's Clanmistress still walks the earth. 

Gunnar Helgison

• The Clanmaster that killed his former owner, and took over his current clan.  So far this vampire has left him be, allowing him to simply fulfill the more common duties he held, and to enjoy some reward for his work.  Of course, the other is still a vampire, and therefore the enemy.  Still, at the very least, the other has given him no specific reason to despite him.  Certainly it's only a matter of time though.

Joseph M. LeBeau

• The senior liaison representing vampiric interests in District 3.  This human is undeniably a dominant, to the point of being painfully arrogant.  However, arrogance isn't anything new to the Dhampire, and he finds it a particularly useful trait in this case, or at least he does so far.  Initially this man taking over for the now deceased Aaron William concerned him; however, he can tell this man is intelligent, and more importantly, inclined to act.  He is hopeful that he can keep the other believing that he wishes to serve the human; certainly it would be a shame to have to waste the potential the other to protect his identity should things go badly.  Still, it is something he is prepared to deal with.  

Maggie MacCailin

• A server/dancer and occasional bar tender at Synful, this lycan girl is difficult to dislike specifically. She seems kind enough, and genuine, but Xavier isn't really in a place to appreciate this.  Still, he has no reason to cause any particular problem for her, being lycan, it is unlikely she can be used to further his cause, nor does it seem likely that she will be an obstacle for it.  

Mischa Amesbury

• This small, free Dhampire has caught his attention.  Having met him a night at Synful, he finds himself favoring this man as his possible second in command.  In fact, it hardly seems like he has any reason not too.  In any event,  Mischa seems like he will be particularly useful to the cause.  Further more, he seems clever enough and loyal enoug, that he shouldn't have to fear this subordinate stabbing him in the back or anything. 
  
  
• An odd dynamic has developed between them.  Mischa, for his part, seems to prove himself to be capable of dominant tenancies.   Perhaps it's worse that Xavier found himself responding to the other's sense of control.  More unusual yet is the fact that even as he got the impression that Mischa might not only be dominant, but might also be interested in presenting himself to Xavier as a dominant, but at the same time, Mischa seems willing to submit to him, in regards to the cause.  

Zeo DiPaulo

• His employer, and one of the other Clanmasters of the district, Zeo is somewhat confusing to the Dhampire.  For one, he seems mostly fair minded in the treatment of his employees, regardless of race.  Also though, he seems to be aware of things about Xavier that Xavier himself is certain he has not communicated.  Odd, very odd, so he'll be especially careful around this one.  Still, DiPaulo doesn't seem so bad for a vampire.  To bad he'll need to be destroyed like all the rest.

[Xavier Corinthos]

Current (on site) history

• Meeting with the political Liaison Aaron Williams hasn't appeared to get him very far. He went to voice his 'concern' for human kind, and while the other seemed willing to listen, he seemed far to indecisive and slow to be of any particular use. 
  
  
• He has met with a Dhampire that seems like the right sort to become his second command. The initial meetings have gone well, but their third meeting has proven to throw Xavier off a bit.  Apparently, his seemingly subordinate second to be has a dominant streak in him. Perhaps worse is the fact that Xavier found himself responding to a display of possession from the other.  Xavier has no doubt the other noticed, so now it is only a matter of time to see how things progress between the pair.  Despite this unexpected occurrence, he doesn't plan on changing his mind about the role the smaller Dhampire is likely to serve in the movement.  
  
  
• With the death of Aaron William, Xavier finds himself dealing with a new Senior Liaison, one Joseph LeBeau. The meeting with this man has shown considerably more promise.  LeBeau is an arrogant, entitled man, from what Xavier can see, but it fits his designs, as well as the role he is playing.  It will take time to be completely sure, but Xavier is hopeful.
