_{As a leader, he expects respect and obedience from those that are beneath him - and he is very unyielding in this for the most part unless it amuses him to be other wise. Because of this aspect, at times he can seem a bit unpredictable...and most tend to find him rather intimidating despite his youthful looks. He's not a sympathetic person, nor is he a person prone to leading with his heart as he likes to simply ignore that weaker organ, so anyone looking to play on his 'softer' side will likely not be successful as he, quite simply, doesn't have one. He is capable of fairness though, but chooses to exercise that sort of thing only if it somehow benefits him.}

History:

Occupation: Over his years of life, he has amassed quite a bit of wealth. Nowadays he merely trades in stocks and bonds...and only does so out of boredom as he has no real need for more money than he already possesses. 

Personality Points:

• Ambitious - Hayden has his own agenda, and his own plans , and he will do what he must to see them to fruition with a cold calculation that would set any vampire's fangs on edge. 
• Observant - While not always one to actively participate in conversation, or even interact with those in his clan, one should never assume that he's unaware. In fact, he's always quite precisely aware of the goings-ons in the world around him, and constantly picking over which facts are useful to him and which are not. 
• Calculating / Deliberate - Nothing he does or says is offered without their being a point behind it, even acts of so-called 'pleasure'. He might seem to 'accidentally' insult you, or 'capitulate' to your 'superior sexual prowess'...but rest assured, there are no accidents or surrenders. Not truly and not with this vampire. 
• Detached - He purposely sets himself apart from the world at large, not just because of some sense of superiority but because if he is involved in the world, how can he properly analyze anything? 
• Analytical - He tends to approach most things with the view of a scientist peering through a microscope...and occasionally he will even throw in an unexpected additive just to stir things up and create a new scenario for him to study. 
• Emotionless - For the most part, Hayden does not allow himself the benefit of feeling. At least, not fully. Oh, he feels sexual pleasure when release is granted, amusement when something arises that might be found so - but even then these things are fleeting. It is likely, however, that he is capable of far deeper emotion than he allows...it's just no one has been able to successfully inspire such things in him thus far. 
• Chaotic Neutral - Hayden is a rather large proponent of the "Order through Chaos" school of philosophy, and actually specifically chose to be a Kaiser in this country because it is very much a nation in distress. It's something he enjoys to watch, but he's careful to keep himself apart from it - setting chaos in motion is entertaining, but being so embroiled in it that there's no way out is another matter entirely.

• Reading - He truly believes that knowledge is power...so he likes to know everything he can. He reads anything he can get his hands on, though secretly he enjoys works of fiction more than works of fact.

Abilities:

  He can call to a person or vampire's blood and make it fight it's way out of that being's body to get to him. He can make it trickle out slowly - torturously - coming out of orifices and slither across the floor like snakes. Or he can make it happen more violently, exploding out through a person's very skin, bursting blood vessels and arteries and essentially turning the being into pink mist. All blood is then absorbed into him, meaning he feeds from this without biting at all. He can not absorb any powers through this ability, just blood
