   It was little surprise that wherever Onkel Gunnar ended up, that there would be a sizable selection of books to choose from.  Honestly, this is exactly what the pair needed after the impossibly long flight from Europe, time to just be, in a normal sort of capacity.  So, rather than concern themselves with getting to know the 'lay of the land'  the twin pair invaded their Onkel's new clan, and found his library. So now the pair sat, directly next to one another, sharing the same book.   The subject was nothing too exciting to most, merely a book on old battle tactics, and theories on war strategy, a favored topic for the pair, but having read this particular text multiple times, made it easy for the pair of them to allow their minds to shift to other matters.

    Onkel Gunnar was someone they hadn't seen in quite awhile, likely to the older vampire's relief.  He was just so amusing to mess with, and indeed, he was a pretty vampire that got all uneasy whenever they 'attacked'.   Briefly the pair share a glance, silently considering the matter on both their minds.  Maybe it was about time that the pair of them went to find their dear Onkel.  It didn't seem right that he would remain unaware that they had returned to the state, and besides, no doubt the Clanmaster was bored and lonely.  Yes, their next objective was clear, and they closed the book, taking the time to put it away carefully.  Now that that was taken care of, the pair of them were off, looking for a slave or some other means by which they could locate the ancient in question. It was time to go hunting.
