About the Courtyard

This is essentially a much larger version of a 'back yard'. It's fenced off from the rest of the city and is accessibly only to residents of Sunnyview Apartments. Prettily arranged, it contains a large, circular stone-paved area meant for residents to put their grills, building provided picnic tables, and some pretty, scenic greenery and flowers to look at , along with some benches just to sit and enjoy and pathways to meander through. This area is vigorously maintained, and kept neat and tidy by local landscapers. Trash receptacles are also placed strategically through out - so please don't litter as that could cost you a fine if you are caught.
