A place to take more distinguished guests, whether dealing with matters of more serious business that requires a higher level of formality while still keeping an air of prestige, or a place to take select guests to enjoy a more personal audience with the Kaiser during one of his/their 'get togethers'. Do not mistaken this to be a place that Kaiser Van Hasselt accepts more physical 'social' practices. This is not a place Vesperes will take 'guests' for sexual endeavors, attempts to initiate such an encounter would be considered vastly inappropriate.
